You place your order and upload a photo of your pet. Within ~2 days you get a preview by email. Once you approve it we print and ship — it arrives within 5–7 days, with tracking all the way.
Standard shipping is free, wherever in the world you are. If you need it faster you can choose express shipping (149 kr) on selected products.
Yes! We can include up to three pets per piece — just choose the option for the number of pets.
Swish, card, Klarna, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe is our payment provider for secure card payments.
Each portrait is custom-made for your pet, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to printed portraits. If you change your mind before we have started designing, we can sometimes refund. Get in touch and we will find a solution.
