A paw print says more than a thousand pictures. There's something truly special about being able to look down at your furry friend's little paw and feel close – whether you're at home, at work, or missing someone who's no longer by your side.

Easy, safe, and totally non-toxic

Our paw print kit is designed to be as safe as it is simple. The kit contains non-toxic ink that doesn't smudge and is safe for both pets and people. Only one side of the kit has ink, and the animal steps on the other side, without ink (see instructions further down the page). That way the animal doesn't get ink on their paw, and it's perfectly fine to jump on the couch right after the paw print without leaving messy stains.

The package includes two sheets of photo paper, so you have two chances to get the perfect print.

Add the paw print to a pet portrait

Want to make your portrait even more personal? When you order a paw print together with a handmade pet portrait, we ship the kit to you. You take the print, photograph it, and send the photo to us – then we place the paw print directly on your portrait.

Adding a paw print to your pet portrait costs only 99 kr! When you put both the kit and a portrait in your cart, you get 50 kr off at checkout.

A beautiful memorial piece

The paw print also works beautifully as a memorial piece. A clean black-and-white print to frame and carry with you when a loved friend is no longer here but always in your heart.

Instructions

1. Unpack the kit from the plastic bag. Inside are two photo papers and the ink pad in another protective plastic package.
2. Place one of the photo papers on the floor and call your pet over
3. Carefully open the package with the ink pad. If the package pops open, there's a risk of ink stains on clothes or furniture.
4. The side of the kit with a red "STOP" mark: place it face down against the photo paper.
5. On the shiny side (without the STOP mark), press your pet's paw down on the black area. You don't need to press hard or long.
6. Lift the ink pad and see the result on the photo paper. If you're not happy you can flip the paper or use the next paper that comes with the kit.

If you ordered the print for a portrait: Take a photo of the finished print. Make sure it's well-focused and sharp. Send the photo to us by email or social media and we'll add the print to your portrait! The original (which you have in front of you) you can keep and frame if you want.
