By completing a purchase at Picopet, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms at any time. The version that applies is always the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
When you've completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. It contains information about your order, the price, and delivery details. Always check that the information is correct. If anything looks wrong, contact us right away at hello@picopet.com.
Picopet offers personally designed pet portraits made to order based on the photos and preferences you submit.
Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days from when your proof is approved.
Delivery is digital or per the selected product variant. Note that delivery times may be affected during high demand, holidays, or if order details are incomplete.
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK), including 25% VAT. We reserve the right to make corrections in case of price changes, typos, or technical errors on the website.
Since many of Picopet's products are custom-made based on your preferences, the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) does not apply. By completing your purchase, you agree that production may start immediately and that the right of withdrawal is therefore waived. If your order contains, or consists entirely of, products that aren't custom-made, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

For approved complaints, we'll fix the issue at no cost or deliver a new product. Complaints don't apply to changes of opinion, taste, or personal preferences.
Picopet is not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as technical issues, supplier disruptions, or force majeure.
All portraits are artistic interpretations based on the photos and preferences you submit. The result is unique and may differ slightly from the example images on the website.
We reserve the right for color differences depending on screen, printing, and lighting conditions.
When you shop at Picopet, we process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law (GDPR). We only process the data needed to:
